Training PhilosophyI enjoy keeping up to date with recent scientific literature in the sporting world and dabbling in the minutiae of eeking out performance related gains with a grounded research based approach. That being said I believe that the vast majority of performance gains come simply from consistency and nailing the basics, particularly recovery wise!
